Tutor Led - Virtual Classroom (Online)
PCR Global have developed this course specifically to provide additional knowledge to those in the construction industry to which Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) apply.
All too often we have found that that the roles and responsibilities defined with CDM are not fully understood. An organisation typically considered a principal contractor, for example, may not realise that they hold designer or principal designer responsibilities under CDM potentially impacting risk on site.
This course is designed to assist Contracts Managers, Site Managers and senior management teams within the construction industry.
During this session we will cover:
Overview of health and safety legislation
Application of CDM 2015 (L153 / HSG150)
Duties, roles and responsibilities
Pre-Construction Information (PCI)
The Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan (CPHSP)
The pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases
