In support of the PCR COVID-19 Risk Assessment, I have developed this document to provide Information and a Stress Risk Assessment for those less familiar with stress management.
Awareness of stress risk management is fundamental for employers & all managers, whether Safety, Security, Environmental, Quality or HR.
To best ensure the assessment is 'suitable & sufficient', I followed the framework of the HSEs longstanding 'Management Standards for Stress'.
The standards emphasise 'Demands, Control, Support, Relationships, Role and Change' as regular stressors.
Stress Risk Assessments are a legal requirement in the UK. If you use this document to assist, be mindful of the legality of risk assessments.

The document provides general knowledge of the Management Standards, and brings together some of HSE's main documents.
