Introduction
As a Chartered Quality Practitioner, Hayley is an experienced independent research consultant with an aptitude for winning high-level contract submissions and delivering on remit objectives. With a distinct command in undertaking evaluation, review, consultation and audit in a variety of settings, she has an excellent track-record in this field – from empowering local communities and aiming to enhance people’s quality-of-life, to building collaborative frameworks at European level.
Having driven and instructed over 150 project initiatives, Hayley has forged diverse consortia partnerships that produce qualitative, versatile and workable deliverables which consider and encompass both a local and transnational perspective. This includes the creation of models, ‘toolkits’, guidance and indicator sets that promote good practice through challenging the status quo.
She has an established background in social and market research and her qualifications and accomplishments bear testimony to this. Additional experience in international standardisation, more specifically in the architecture, effective execution and audit of multi-sited in-house management systems, including (but not limited to) 9001 / 14001 / 18001 / 20400 / 22301 / 26000 / 27001, enables Hayley to apply risk-based thinking across operational functions. Both policy and practice have been consistently endorsed by requisite bodies.
